This extensive remodel of a rare modern House in historic Gig Harbor introduces cleaner more generous spaces and expansive windows. Decks and plazas were added to further take advantage the view. Albert worked with client and the City over numerous permitting challenges including Historic Neighborhood and Shoreline interpretations.
